    • Analyze patient acquisition metrics, campaign performance, & ROI to guide strategic decisions.
    • Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively across service lines and locations.
    • Support expansion initiatives such as opening new clinics, launching new services, or entering new geographic markets.
    • Supervise marketing team members, agencies, and external vendors.

    Expertise

    • Strong understanding of healthcare marketing, particularly in ophthalmology and optometry services.
    • Knowledge of patient journey mapping and healthcare consumer behavior.
    • Expertise in digital marketing strategies specific to healthcare (local SEO, reputation management, online appointment conversions).
    • Familiarity with EHR/EMR-integrated marketing tools and healthcare CRM platforms.
    • Experience managing multi-location healthcare brands.
